MANILA, Philippines - The 1st batch of the Basic Orientation on RH Nursing Course or BORHN was successfully conducted last August 30, 2013 at the PNA Auditorium in Manila.
Attended by 25 nurses from Manila, including the provinces of Laguna, Bulacan, and Cavite, the BORHN Course was conducted by BORHN Senior Lecturer and PSORHN's CEO Alvin Dakis, SRHN, FPSORHN.
The attendees gave an overall 67% Excellent rating for the 1st Batch of the BORHN Course. One nurse said the BORHN Course "is definitely worth my time...". One attendee, Maj Ramirez said "I claim it! I'm now a SRH Nurse advocate and member of PSORHN...".
The Society also accepted 15 new Level I members after the Course. The BORHN Course is required for all nurses who are interested to become official members of the Society.
